2. Event Overview
- Scoops Madness UK offers three unique entertainment and guaranteed prize experiences through TikTok:
🪄 Magic Scoops (Recorded Events)
- Each Magic Scoop order is recorded individually.
Participants purchase scoops through the website, and for every scoop ordered, a ceramic spoon is used to collect beads from a decorative pot.
Each bead or charm drawn represents a prize, revealed in the recorded TikTok video made specifically for that order. - Shipping is paid once per order (£2.49), or free for orders over £30.
- Videos are uploaded on TikTok under @ScoopsMadnessUK, tagged with the customer’s initials or order reference (never full names).
🎁 Mystery Bags (Live or Pre-Order Events)
- Participants can buy any number of sealed mystery bags containing surprise gifts of varying values.
Every bag contains at least one item. - Shipping is paid once per order (£2.49), or free for orders over £30.
🎡 All Winning Raffle Lottery (Live Events)
- During live events on TikTok, participants purchase raffle tickets.
Each ticket guarantees a prize — there are no empty draws.
An online spinning wheel determines which prizes go to which ticket numbers, ensuring a fair and random outcome. - Shipping is paid once per order (£2.49), or free for orders over £30.
3. Participation
- Available to UK residents aged 18+ only.
- Tickets, bags, and scoops must be purchased through the official Keep or Weep website.
- Prices vary depending on product type, prize pool, or event.
- Participants can purchase multiple entries per event.
- Prize lists and draws are announced before or during the event.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Flat shipping rate: £2.49 per order (UK only).
- Free shipping for orders over £30.
- All prizes are shipped the next working day after the recording or live event.
5. Transparency & Fairness
- All draws are random and recorded publicly for transparency.
- Magic Scoops are recorded and posted on TikTok, visible to all.
- Raffles and live events are streamed in real time to ensure honesty.
- Once the draw is made and recorded, results are final.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Keep or Weep.
- As each order guarantees a prize, no refunds are offered once the order is placed.
- If an error occurs (duplicate prize or missing item), a replacement of equal or greater value will be sent.
7. Liability
- Scoops Madness UK is not liable for courier delays or damage during delivery.
- Lost parcels will be investigated, and replacements may be issued case by case.
